NEW RESTAURANT IN THE INN AT RANCHO SANTA FE
Lilian’s Kitchen in the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe was named for local architect and master planner Lilian Rice. The Inn was sold in May 2022, and has gone through a property-wide remodel, including their signature restaurant, and the new bar, Bing’s Bar. They are both now open under the management of Clique Hospitality which owns Lionfish Modern Coastal Cuisine (Gaslamp Quarter), Serea (Hotel Del Coronado), and Temaki Bar (Encinitas).
Chef Moira Hill (previously with Nolita Hall, Campfire, Trust, Tidal Restaurant, Juniper & Ivy) is the executive chef at Lilian’s Kitchen. Chef Hill has crafted a menu that reflects coastal California, using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.

I enjoyed my dinner service at Lilian’s Kitchen – the decor and ambiance is elegant, refined, and very cozy. The service was excellent, and I appreciated all teh passion that the team had when describing the dishes.
