Each summer, the Catamaran Resort hosts “Sunset Luaus on the Bay”, a well‑loved San Diego luau experience on Mission Bay. It runs Thursdays from mid‑June through late August, with doors opening at 6  p.m. and a show featuring hula and fire dancers kicking off around 7:50 p.m. Guests are greeted with a lei and Mai Tai, then enjoy an all‑you‑can‑eat buffet of Polynesian dishes, kid‑friendly activities, and live performances by the Pride of Polynesia troupe.

Ticket Details and Prices

They currently offer two types of tickets:

General Admission – $128.41 (Adults), $74.54 (Kids 12 & Under):  includes the all-you-can-eat buffet, entertainment, and kids’ activities.

Kahuna VIP Seating – $149.96 (kids for $96.09): includes reserved seating close to the stage, a meet and greet with the Pride of Polynesia performer, plus a Mai Tai and lei.
