San Diego, get ready to beat the heat with the sweetest event of the year! The Scoop San Diego Ice Cream Festival returns to North Park on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from Noon to 4 PM. There is no better time to enjoy San Diego’s best ice cream, gelato, and frozen treats. Scoop San Diego is a great neighborhood event, and for a good cause. There’s a link to purchase tickets below.
All attendees will enjoy ice cream samples from 35+ local ice cream makers. The vendors will serve classic flavors, exciting new creations, and customer favorites.
In addition to all the sweet treats, the Scoop San Diego Celebrity Judging Panel will be back this year (see below). These four well-known San Diegans will have the enviable task of deciding which scoop reigns supreme.

Known for making food that’s easy, approachable, and outrageously good, Sam brings humor and heart to every dish. Whether he’s grilling burgers or sharing kitchen tips, his laid-back style has made him a fan favorite across the country and right here at home.
Chef Zuliya “Zuzu” Khawaja (Scoop San Diego returning judge)
Chef Zuliya “Zuzu” Khawaja is a plant-based chef, certified wellness coach, and content creator passionate about healthy living that tastes amazing. Based in San Diego, she shares vibrant, nourishing recipes that celebrate global flavors and whole ingredients. Zuzu’s warm personality, stunning food styling, and practical cooking tips have earned her a loyal online following.
