If you are looking for a craft cocktail, head to Understory Del Mar. Take one step inside the Sky Deck in the Del Mar Highlands, and you are in for a visual feast for the eyes. Modeled after the El Nacional gastronomic center in Barcelona, the bar is named for the area between the main forest canopy and the forest floor. The cocktails at Understory Del Mar change periodically, so not all of these drinks may be available at the time that you visit.
